Our Domain

Since 1930…

Since 1930, my grandfather Henri JOLY and his brother-in-law Alfred GODINAT settled down in a family with
4000 kg press, vinified their champagne, marketing it with difficulty at that time. Also in Festigny, it was in 1947
that my grandfather bought a farm that belonged to Benedictine monks of the 17th century, directly linked to the
famous monk Dom Pérignon.

INDÉPENDENT WINEGROWER

Our philosophy is the expression of one terroir, our terroir ” Flagot Valley“, which contemplates our domain.
The ground is the driving force. Our goal is to create a link between the plant, the soil and the vine. Knowledge is needed to develop soil life to have a better exchange between the soil and the vine. We pamper the soil, it is beneficial for production, biodiversity. Working with respect for nature to have wines terroir.

From one terroir, with knowledge, for hope.
